Naga City, Cebu

THE PLACE TO BE


Naga City, Cebu is one of the first class cities in Cebu consisting of 28 barangays. Belonged to the south approximately 22 kilometers away from Cebu City. Bound in the north by Minglanilla and San Fernando in south, to the west is Toledo and to the east is Bohol.

The City of Naga Cebu is the town home to a large power station the SPC ( Salcon Power Corporation) power plant found in the site of Colon, Naga. Another power station there is KEPCO SPC power plant. KEPCO ( Korean Electrical Power Corporation ). From the word KEPCO it is the Korea and the Philippines which joined together. There is also a Cemex Cement Factory in Tinaan, very known factory in Cebu, it is utilizing cement technology for quality product formulation.

Another is Rikio, RSA( Rikio Southeast Asia) the one who produces shoes in Inayagan. Manila sawmill lumber in Langtad. Cebu Marble Industry in Pangdan. There are 22 elementary schools, the biggest is Naga Central Elementary School in the midst of Naga City while other elementary schools were located in every barangays. There is also 6 highschools and 1 college, the Professional Academy of the Philippines, the school where I came from.

NAGA CITY CEBU PARK

                                        This is the park of Naga City, Cebu. One of the most beautiful park in south. This place is particularly for people. This place is very beautiful during at night.

                          
                                          This is the baywalk. Very nice, beautiful and clean seaside. You can smell fresh air. You can really feel peace and freedom here.

                                      This is the back part of the park. If you feel hungry during your adventure you can eat there.SIOMAI food is there specialty. Very yummy and tasty. :)

 DAGITAB FESTIVAL IN NAGA CITY

             Dagitab which means electricity and translated into festival. Since Naga is the electrical power source, the town celebrates every year there Festival which is Dagitab Festival. The annual festival of lights which starts in December 8 for the upcoming Christmas Season. The town park has very nice lamp posts put anywhere which inspires people to go around the area more particularly in the baywalk area.
